Sustainable Development Goal 13 urges action to combat climate change and its impacts which affects every country and continent, disrupting economies and lives. People are experiencing more significant impacts include changing weather patterns, rising sea levels, and more disasters. Greenhouse gas emissions from human activities, now at their highest levels in history, drive climate change and are rising continuously. Without action, the global average surface temperature is projected to rise over 3ºC this 21st century, with some areas warming even more.
